While photoshop runs, and premiere stated a successful install I have been unable to open the editor for premiere and with this I have unsuccessfully tried running in compatibility mode and as administrator but with no success. Upon further digging however, I discovered it may be a Nvidia issue as discussed here:. Basically it suggests that newer Nvidia drivers were breaking the program.
